Do you charge per doctor or per clinic?
Per clinic. Each plan includes a number of branches, and you can add branches later. Your whole team uses VetX under one subscription, each with their own login.
Does VetX send WhatsApp reminders to pet owners?
Yes. Appointment, vaccine and payment reminders go out on the channel each owner chose: WhatsApp or email. WhatsApp and SMS have a monthly quota per plan; email and in-app reminders are unlimited.
Does it work in Arabic?
This website and our training/support are Arabic and English. The clinic app UI is English today; we keep local support and EGP pricing for Egyptian clinics.
Can you move my data from Excel or my old system?
Yes. Our team imports your clients, patients and price list before you go live, so you start with your history in place.
Does VetX support ETA e-invoicing?
Yes. Invoices can be sent to the Egyptian Tax Authority's e-invoicing system when you issue them, and you can see each invoice's status.
