Pricing questions
Do you charge per doctor or per clinic?
Per clinic. Each plan includes a number of branches and unlimited staff logins, so you never share passwords to save money.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time and the new features turn on straight away. [Downgrade rules to be decided.]
What happens when my WhatsApp quota runs out?
We warn you at 80% and 100% of the quota. After that, reminders go out by email or in-app instead, and you can buy a message pack at any time. No reminder is dropped silently.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free compared with paying monthly.
How do I pay?
